When you fill out a form on our website or ads, request a free promo video, book a call, or become a client, we may collect:

- Account access or login invitations you choose to grant us for client work (such as ad accounts or website hosting)

SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you may receive text messages from WAT Media about your inquiry, shoot and appointment scheduling, reminders, proposals, onboarding, and client service updates.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opting out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending messages.

Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, form and email providers, website hosting, and analytics tools, and only to deliver the services described here.
