Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of watmediallc.com and the WAT Media LLC SMS messaging program. By using our website or giving us your phone number, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging terms
1. Program description
WAT Media sends text messages to business owners and clients who request information, claim a free promo video, book a call or shoot, or become clients through watmediallc.com, our ads, or our scheduling forms, and who explicitly opt in to receive texts. Opt-in is collected through web forms and lead forms with a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. Messages may include inquiry follow-ups, shoot and appointment confirmations and reminders, proposals and onboarding steps, project updates, and customer service.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. After you send "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending messages.
3. Support
If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply "HELP" for assistance, or email freddie@watmediallc.com.
4. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project schedule. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported carriers
Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
7. Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
General website terms
Use of our site
Our website provides information about WAT Media's videography, Meta ads, social media management, and website design services, and lets you request information or a free promo video. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes.
Services and agreements
Paid services are governed by a separate written service agreement between you and WAT Media, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Pricing and offers shown on the site may change without notice.
Free promo video offer
The free promo video offer is limited to a set number of businesses each month and is subject to scheduling availability. Accepting a free video creates no obligation to purchase any other service. We may decline or reschedule requests at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, and video samples, belongs to WAT Media or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Ownership of work created for clients is set out in each client's service agreement.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is." Results shown, including example performance figures, are illustrations and not a guarantee of specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAT Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Availability
We work to keep the website and messaging services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website or messaging program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
